REVISIONS:
The number of free revisions is limited to three.Additional fees will be charged for the third and subsequent revisions, depending on the degree of difficulty.During rendering, only minor modifications, such as color changes(e.g.. eye color/ If it is not a minor modification of a pose or facial expression after coloring, an additional fee will be charged depending on the degree of difficulty.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
The start of production will depend on the production schedule at that time. Please wait 2-4 weeks for completion.
USE:
All Copyright over the art will belong to the artist. Clients can use my commission art on social media .(X,Instagram,TikTok,Bluesky,YouTube,etc)A commercial use fee will be charged for merchandising. Please contact me with details such as what kind of merchandise you would like to use the image for. Current commercial use rights price (one-time purchase for any use) ＋$200～＋$300
REFUNDS:
The artist has the right to cancel the order if there is any breach in the terms in any given moment.
In case the payment has not been made yet, the contractor has the right to cancel the order by sending a message requesting the order to be canceled. No refunds will be made once the color rough production has started.
If any kind of refund is forced via third party, all the rights over the art will be revoked from the contractor and the artist will retain the right over the art, having the right to sell to other buyers. The offending contractor will no longer be accepted for art commissioning after the incident.
